We are seeking a lawyer to support TELUS’ consumer business. As a member of the Consumer legal team, you will be engaged in a wide variety of legal matters, including reviewing advertising and marketing materials, advising on existing and emerging consumer products and services, supporting technology and supplier agreements, and drafting customer contracts and terms of service. Your practice will also touch upon privacy, competition and intellectual property.

The Consumer legal team is very collaborative (and friendly!) and we work cross-functionally with other members of the TELUS legal team and across the organization. The position is ideal for someone who is looking to learn and grow their legal knowledge and practice within a supportive environment.
We are looking for a junior-mid level lawyer with 1-6 years from their call to the Bar. The position is located in Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver, with the ability to work remotely or in the office.

- Personable, and skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with sophisticated clients
- Bar membership in any Canadian province
