Our boutique firm is one of the leading construction law practices in the British Columbia legal market. We offer better pay compared to most of the large downtown firms (with a lower minimum hourly target), with potential to far exceed biglaw compensation on account of generous bonus opportunities (up to $24,000 in additional bonus pay up for grabs in your first year on account of beating hourly targets, which bonus structure will continue to improve).
Annual pay for this role will range between $128,000 to $180,000, depending on year of call.
