Qualifications: We are looking for an individual with the following skills/qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of recent experience practicing real property law, which must include experience negotiating and drafting agreements, providing legal opinions, and working with conveyancers
- Called to the bar in BC
- An interest in pursuing a career in real property, land use, and development law for public bodies
- Strong communication skills
- Effective client management and time-management skills
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- A willingness to be involved in business and client development, including by attending conferences and preparing presentations
