Poulus Ensom Smith LLP has an opportunity for a Litigation Associate. 3-6 years of call are preferred, but the firm will consider an excellent candidate at any level. We are a busy and growing litigation boutique with an emphasis on complex commercial and securities litigation. Our focus is on building a first-rate and collegial legal team. Our philosophy is to hire talented and hard-working people and support them with the resources and mentorship necessary for them to succeed.

We are looking to add an associate who will complement our group and has a matching passion for delivering exceptional legal services on complex litigation files. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with an excellent work ethic who has the confidence to both assist senior counsel and take an active role in managing their own files.
