MayLex Litigation is in search of litigator who has been practising for at least 2 years to join our growing firm that focuses on estate and capacity litigation as well as professional negligence (LAWPRO). While experience in estate litigation is ideal, candidates who have a strong background in civil litigation and/or family law will also be considered. We offer competitive compensation, mentorship and sponsorship where the development of the individual lawyer and increasing their professional profile is of significant importance. We work “horizontally” which means that all lawyers and staff work together as a team in the best interests of our clients. Candidates in Toronto, Thunder Bay or Hamilton will be preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates throughout Ontario who are comfortable working remotely.
