Katzman Estate Law is a young and dynamic law firm in Windsor, Ontario. We are seeking an associate to work exclusively in the areas of estate litigation and estate administration. This is an in-person position and nearly all of the work will be performed at our Windsor office.

The successful applicant will have significant Ontario litigation experience. The litigation experience need not be in estates. A family lawyer, commercial litigator, or insurance litigator would have the relevant experience to succeed.

The successful candidate will receive a salary as well as a generous and transparent bonus structure based on collected billings. All applicants must be licensed with the LSO. Technological proficiency is a requitement of this position.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year salary plus a bonus based on collected billings. The expected total pay is estimated to be $115,000 to $135,000 once the associate is acclimated to estate litigation and performing well. Performance is a requirement of the position, with compensation to match. We can offer examples of past performers and the compensation that was earned.
