Jones Pearce LLP is a boutique union-side labour law firm. We are experienced labour lawyers working to advance the interests of unions, professional associations, and those they represent. Our labour relations practice is comprehensive; it includes collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, as well as human rights and constitutional litigation. We love our work and have lots of it.
We recently added a third labour lawyer to our team and are growing again. We are seeking a talented lawyer, with approximately two to four years of experience, to join as a key member of our small, highly collaborative team. Prior experience in labour law will be a significant asset. The successful candidate will be a strong writer, with excellent judgment, and with interest and experience in running your own litigation files.
The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000 annually; however, salary is negotiable and will be highly dependent on your experience and year of call. We also offer annual performance bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
Our office is located in downtown Toronto, but we also work regularly from our respective homes.
