Who you are
Our team is looking for an experienced Litigator. The successful candidate will work primarily with the growing estate litigation practice group and will also have a role in the personal injury practice group working on a variety of files including motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls and other incidents.
The successful candidate for this position will have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Litigator
- Experience in Estate litigation, with probate and administration experience an asset
- Experience representing plaintiffs in Personal Injury claims
- Drive to provide exceptional client service and deliver results through powerful legal solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to remain calm in stressful legal proceedings
- Resourcefulness and a strategic mindset for complex problem solving
- Empathy, compassion, and a team-oriented approach
- Confident and good communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record in business development
