We are currently looking for the right lawyer to join our team as an Associate in Downtown Kelowna. The ideal candidate is a versatile and creative legal thinker who has aspirations to develop a strong reputation and expertise in our narrow practice area of Strata Property Law. While someone with strata experience would be an asset, we offer extensive mentorship and support to the right candidate with the attributes we’re looking for.
ABOUT THE FIRM
We are a unique law firm located in the heart of Downtown Kelowna; focusing solely on Strata Property Law. We have provided legal services to individuals, Strata Corporations and management companies in Kelowna, the Okanagan, and throughout British Columbia since 2007. Our practice includes, but is not limited to, strata governance, and finance and property designation issues, collections, bylaw drafting and enforcement, maintenance and alterations, as well as dispute resolution, strata property litigation, and CRT support.
We are a small but mighty team with a collegial atmosphere looking to grow to meet ever-growing demand.

Requirements:
- Law Degree from an accredited law school with recognition in BC
- Current member of the Law Society of BC in good standing
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for effective legal drafting and client interaction
- Ability to manage files independently while also working collaboratively with Legal Assistants and other Lawyers
- Willingness and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow client instructions, accept mentorship, and adapt to feedback
- Familiarity with the Strata Property Act an asset
