What We Need
Lending & Finance Lawyer
- 5+ years of experience in finance or loan origination, preferably in both a law firm and in-house corporate legal department.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of complex financial transactions and agreements including, leveraged finance, corporate finance, syndicated lending, trade finance, or cross-border financing.
- Experience and interest in business client advisory.
- Experience advising on lending financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers and analyzing financing transactional agreements for regulatory implementation.
- Admitted and in good standing with a Law Society in Canada.
