Dorrington Law Professional Association is currently seeking a team-oriented, highly motivated junior associate to join our small family law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior associate to learn the operations of a busy practice with supervision. 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity for growth and learning in respect of practice management and hands-on skills required for practice in this area. Attendance at a variety of court appearances as well as alternate dispute resolution processes with supervision offers a unique mentoring opportunity in a positive and collegial work environment. 

Expected start date: as soon as possible. Salary: commensurate with experienc and competitive. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of practice experience with a focus on family law including child protection matters. Alternatively, having completed articles in family or criminal law would be considered an asset. The successful candidate must be a motivated individual with strong research, drafting and writing skills.
