Who are you?
You are a lawyer with at least one year of experience in real estate, estate planning, or business law, capable of handling basic files on your own, such as residential conveyancing, simple estate plans, or contract drafting.
Beyond that, we are flexible and are more focused on hiring the right kind of person who will contribute positively to our culture and environment.
You are smart, fun, authentic, and inspired to make legal practice work better. You are a hard-working, accurate and team focused individual with a desire to contribute to a unique, robust, and growing community, both within the firm and on the Coast. What is the position?
We are looking for a candidate who matches our values and are open to different types of candidates, such as:
• an experienced senior lawyer looking to transition into a pre-retirement role,
• an ambitious, business-oriented individual who wants to help build the firm and move into a partnership role, or
• someone in the early-to-middle stage of their career who either loves people or loves legal minutiae and wants to have a 9-to-5 lifestyle.
