⚾ Researching and analyzing unique legal, business and compliance matters

Recruiter: Our client, a household name in the sports and entertainment industry, is looking for a Junior Lawyer to join its offices in downtown Toronto. Reporting to two incredible senior lawyers, you will assist with the drafting, review and revision of day-to-day commercial contracts for the organization, including sponsorship agreements, marketing / promotional initiatives and related materials, contractor and vendor agreements, licensing contracts, and a myriad of other unique and specialized contracts, materials, internal processes and special projects. The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 4 years of corporate commercial experience with a strong EQ. You must possess solid legal and business acumen and judgment, permitting you to provide well-considered, but also practical, advice.
