The Role
We’re hiring an Equity & Justice Lawyer (12-month contract, with potential for renewal) to join us in our work supporting employees, survivors of discrimination, and those fighting for their rights in workplaces and institutions.
What We Offer
✅ Base Salary – $100,000
✅ Benefits – Comprehensive health plan + $1,000 health spending account
✅ Professional Fees Covered – LSO, LAWPRO
✅ Continuing Education Support – $1,000 CPD fund
✅ Unlimited Vacation (Tracked)
