Refresh Law is an innovative and technologically driven firm delivering practical and cost-effective solutions to our clients. Our team members work primarily from home and offer both virtual and in-person consultations to property owners across British Columbia, including strata homeowners and residential landlords. Our physical office is centrally located in Greater Vancouver, conveniently beside Production Way Skytrain Station in Burnaby.

Refresh Law focuses primarily on housing and property-related dispute resolution mixed with some contract drafting and bylaw reviews. Our lawyers regularly appear before various specialized tribunals and courts. While working at a distance from each other, we are a tight-knit group that values strong internal relationships between our team members.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and technologically oriented individual to help us advance our modern and accessible approach to legal services. This position will provide the successful candidate direct client contact, full conduct over appropriate files, professional guidance and mentorship and the ability to build their own schedule and work from almost anywhere. As they progress, associates are also given the opportunity to participate in promotional and networking activities to help build their own clientele.

The successful candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of B.C. Competitive compensation is offered on a fee-split basis.

Salary: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
