Allen / McMillan Litigation Counsel is looking for an associate between two and five years’ call. We are a 13 lawyer litigation boutique with a focus on commercial and real estate litigation. The successful candidate will have strong written and oral advocacy skills, sound judgment, a good work ethic, and a sense of humour. We are looking for candidates who take pride in their work but do not take themselves too seriously. The ability to self-generate files is an asset but certainly not a requirement.

We have a collegial, tight-knit group of lawyers and staff who look out for one another and work as a team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Although we love what we do, we also appreciate the importance of finding a balance and following pursuits outside of work. We provide our young lawyers with a mix of traditional junior work and files to run on their own. Our goal is to get young litigators into court and on their feet as much as possible.
